Hi, I'm Natalija
Founder of Awakened Rebel Yoga — and a big believer that yoga isn't about looking perfect on a mat. It's about being real in your body, in your breath, and in your life, especially when things feel hard.
I'm a yoga teacher, a mum, a neurodivergent human, and someone who's still figuring it all out like everyone else. I created this space for people like me — people who feel too much, carry too much, and need somewhere they can finally exhale.
Yoga as story and play for little ones, currently running with Wanderers of the Woods forest kindergarten — moving, imagining, and learning it's okay to be exactly who you are.
Why Rebel?
We rebel against the idea that yoga is only about how you look, or how far you can push your body.
We rebel against the pressure to be perfect, to keep up, to prove, to earn your place.
We rebel against waiting for life to calm down before we let ourselves feel joy, peace and connection.
We rebel for the right to be our authentic selves — imperfect, ever-growing, wild and free.
